Terms & Conditions

Please review all the terms and conditions below.

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings made through Hackett Hideaways require a signed client agreement and timely payment to confirm services. Payments may be made directly to travel suppliers, or through The Wander Network, depending on the itinerary and vendor. Hackett Hideaways does not hold or process client funds directly.

2. Pricing & Availability

Quotes are based on current pricing at the time of inquiry and are subject to change without notice until booked and paid in full. Travel supplier prices, availability, and promotions may fluctuate and cannot be guaranteed until confirmation is received from the supplier.

3. Supplier Responsibility

Hackett Hideaways acts solely as an advisor and booking agent for travel suppliers such as cruise lines, airlines, hotels, and tour operators. We are not responsible for supplier actions, changes, cancellations, or errors. Travelers are subject to each supplier’s individual terms and conditions.

4. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation policies vary by supplier. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding these terms before booking. Hackett Hideaways will assist with cancellations and modifications to the best of our ability, but cannot guarantee refunds or waived penalties from suppliers.

5. Travel Documentation

It is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain and carry all required identification and documents for domestic and international travel, including passports, visas, entry forms, and health requirements. Hackett Hideaways is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to missing or incorrect documentation.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment. Insurance can provide coverage for trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and lost baggage. Hackett Hideaways is not responsible for denied claims or inadequate coverage. Ask us if you’d like a quote or assistance selecting a policy.

7. Health & Safety

Travelers are responsible for understanding health advisories, vaccination requirements, and safety conditions at their destination. Hackett Hideaways does not provide medical or legal advice and is not liable for health-related risks or injuries during travel.

8. Liability Waiver

By booking with Hackett Hideaways, you agree to release and hold harmless Hackett Hideaways, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims, losses, damages, or injuries related to your travel. This includes supplier defaults, delays, natural disasters, pandemics, and acts of God.

9. Client Conduct

You agree to conduct yourself respectfully and lawfully while traveling. Hackett Hideaways reserves the right to refuse service to individuals who engage in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal behavior.

10. Use of Personal Information

Your personal information will only be used to facilitate travel planning and booking. We respect your privacy and never sell or share your information without consent, in accordance with applicable laws.
